We're having a baby!
Yup! Finally going into fatherhood. I'm quite excited actually, and from the personal hell I've been through over the past 2 years or so (while I was married to my worst possible match), this is something like a new beginning for me. Now I've found (more like rediscovered, because we were the best of friends before going into a more serious relationship) the right person for me, and we're having a child.
Anyway, here are the first official "baby" photos (i.e. the kid has a heartbeat now), and I just wanted to share them with everyone at JW.
My partner is currently going through hell right now, but so far all the vital signs are good, so the effort is worth it. The estimated birth date on the data says 6th of March, 2007. So stay tuned 'till then.

Congrats man, 25 years and having a baby... that means you'll prolly play with your son/daughter for a long time. I know I would! I have a theory that the smaller the age gap, the more of a "friend" rather than a "father" you are with your kid. I'd like to have a boy in the near future to go Go-karting with him.

Cheers everyone. I'm working like mad right now because even if the Philippines is a cheap place to live, it isn't cheap to raise kids here (because nothing is free, not even education), so that's our primary concern at the moment.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking as well. I know I'm going to be a laid-back dad though. I think my partner is the one that's going to be the disciplinarian/nervous wreck.
