I am sure the majority of people on here, especially in the US, has seen at least one of the Indiana Jones movies.
Raiders of the Lost Ark was the first movie i ever saw with Harrison Ford, and probably one of the first action movies i ever saw. Since then the trilogy has been one of my favorites.
Myself, i am fairly partial to The Last Crusade. What's everyone else's favorite?
Raiders of The Lost Ark (1981)
Indiana persues the resting place of the Ark of the Covenant, hoping to find it before the Nazis do.
This movie has the majority of the parodied scenes: Indy running from the giant boulder after recovering a gold statue; Indy being chased by a bunch of pissed of natives; Indy ending an impossible looking sword fight by shooting his attacker; Indy using the medallion to find the Ark's burial room by refracting the sunlight through it; and of course, Indy getting his ass kicked by a big bald guy until a plane's prop swings around and kills the buffoon; and of course that warehouse of uncountable amounts of wooden crates. (Most of these have been ripped off by family guy)
Temple of Doom (1984)
Indy barely gets out of a Shanghai night club with the skin on his back before crash landing in India and uncovering a scheme involving hundreds of children in an underground mine beneath a palace connected by multiple boobytrapped tunnels.
Another movie with multiple calssic and often parodied scenes, including one replicated on Mythbusters: Can a life raft double as a parachute? Indy, Short Round and Willie the lounge singer jump out of a plane using an inflatable life raft; Spikes coming out of the ceiling as it lowers to crush all three of them after Short Round in advertantly triggers a switch; and of course, who can forget the roller coaster mine cart

and of course the lines: "What antidote?" "The antidote to the poison you just drank"
The Last Crusade (1989)
This was also my first exposure to Sean Connery. Indy goes in search of his father who was hot on the trail of the Holy Grail, and the Nazis were right behind him.
Memorable scenes here weren't as numerous as the first two, but you still get some good ones: The explanation as too the scar on Indy's chin (which i don't think Harrison has ever admitted to); you get a tank blowing a car off of it with it's main cannon and that's about it.
