That looks like it may have been the E65/66 facelift mule for the new engine.

The render looks alot closer to the facelift than it does the new model due out in 09. I don't think we're going to be seeing any test mules for the next 7 series until sometime next year.

Whats up with the god damn lines on the sides (doors)!!! I hate that shiet on the 3 e90 e92 and now this. Fux. Hope M3 doesnt have that crap. Its gonna have wider fenders so maybe they remove those lines. That would show from far thath that BMW is no 3 series.

I think it looks slightly better than the current one, though the back seems to have stayed that ugly :x

did no one read what i said??? At what point has any of the new models echoed the previous genearation THAT closely?

If that really was the test mule, don't you think they would have camoed the back end too?

Ive got a pretty good feeling that all that is is an E65 facelift mule with the N62TUB48 engine. Now known as the 750.

The PS render looks pretty damn close to the facelift

and as i said before, the next generation 7 is going to be out as a 2009 model year, which means it's still too early for the prototype mules to be out and about, especially that blatantly.

listen to the BMW grease monkey... this is a facelift not a new model. Anyways, judging on the render, I like the current one a lot better.
