It does make a great noise...i just wish i could have been there...i love the smell of burning rubber
The noise doesn't really sound stock to me....when Tiff showed the noise on tickover it didn't sound like this at all

Where did you here it tickover? All I heard was it either revving, doing a burnout or drifting at high-speed so no real chance to compare it to the diesel-like sound Tiff mentioned.

Well in the beginning when the guy was revving it a little the engine settled to tickover a couple of times, but even on throttle it sounded much smoother than when tiff was stabbing the throttle

Nice driving, that driver is a pro. The camera guy is a bit scared at 00:58 imagine a car doing 360 that close, I bet he can smell the tire very well

This video could have been amazing if the cameraman had been better. On the other hand the E60 M5 pilot is excellent.
