Wow! I am excited for Gil. I am a big Penske fan and always liked de Ferran. But I hope the monster that is F1 does not swallow him up. It has always been a dream of his to drive in F1, and to now manage a team must be really exciting for him. Although the BAR's have struggled this year, I hope they are not expecting a miracle. I am now a bigger fan than ever! Go Gil!

good luck to him, I was always a fan of his when he was in CART and the IRL I'm not sure if he will change BAR's fortunes as he has no real experience in managing a team - but lets hope his race knowledge will help out
