The front is idd the same as the 75 V8 Sedan, but the rear isn't 
It think what dani means is the way the rear window is cut reminds him of the style of the C70's rear.

with so little power, i don't think so...but it does bear a striking resemblance (in my eyes, at least) to the Continental GT

back end is a squased lincoln town car, front end is ugly, and the only reason why it look like a continential gt is due to the hood profile and the general porportions, not shape or details etc etc...
