Will this work in the UK ???
I am trying to buy an aquagate water cooling system and everywhere I have tried in the UK wont have any for weeks (already waited two weeks from dabs)
I have seen a couple of places that have them in stock in the US and I was wondering how they would differ from the models intended for use in the UK (yes I have sent them an email asking this question)
I noticed they mention 110/220 volt input for the external pump so I was hoping that this would just need to be changed over or that it was even auto sensing.
Opinions anyone ??

Indeed, I share the same opinion, if those two voltage figures are shown on that product it means that this pump will work on 110 and 220 V.
At least that is what I learned in high school

Basically I told them that I was going to sort out the problems myself...as I was pretty fed up with the vapochill unit damaging processors and video cards when left running 24/7.
Anyway my new water cooling system is on its way from the good old US of A complete with a nasty shipping charge of $181.98 (Fed Ex priority)

I am almost getting as mad as you are with PC hardware Dan.
The earliest I could have got this would have been another three weeks in the UK...and I have already been without a main computer for the last two weeks.
I just hope it all works out OK as it will be a pain in the ass just to consider having to send any of it back to the USA.

it doesnt matter about the grease in the socket as it wont cause any problems if left there, other than being a little messy

The MB cleaned up a lot better than I thought with much patience time and hard work.
Just as well....as the new water cooler arrived quicker than I thought. Ordered Friday evening and it arrived first thing this Monday morning. Not bad going coming all the way from New York especially as it was over the weekend.
