Does he actually take the thing offroading?
Call the police and tell them you have some safety concerns about the truck. Ask them to check and see if the bumpers meet the regulations. The rear bumper might be too high. He'll have to at least get a drop bumper then.
It won't get the pile of crap off the road, but at least he'll get pissed about having to buy and install a new bumper! LOL

I don't know what all your issues are. That would be a great offroad setup. Its a little rediculous for the roads.. but man would I love to take that thing out in the mud.

I think its done on a state by state basis. I know in NY you have to have one.

The thing is held together with tow straps and JB weld. I dont think that he off roads it because there isnt really anywhere to do that around here. He just drives it around and its scary.
