Default Some infos about the AUTOart Carrera GT (Now on sale !)

Today I asked this to AUTOart.

Hello AUTOart staff,

I would like to know when the 78041 PORSCHE CARRERA GT (Silver) and will be available on sale ?

Is It a limited series ?

Thanks in advance.

@Schwalbe

Hi @Schwalbe,
Thank you for your interest in our AUTOart Models.
#78041 Porsche Carrera GT is now under production and it would be released in the market in September/October.
It is not Limited Edition.
Please visit www.aa-collection.com regularly to see details on our new releases and current
models.
Best regards,
AA Collection Ltd
I asked for a silver CGT because I have already a black Carrera GT 1:18 manufactured by Maisto, but an AUTOart CGT in black will be also available.

78041 PORSCHE CARRERA GT (SILVER)
78042 PORSCHE CARRERA GT (BLACK)
http://www.autoartmodels.com/pages/1_18/p28.htm

About the price. According to http://www.sportcraftcars.com the car will be sold at ~84.95$ US. Perhaps this is an expensive model, but we are far from the 440 795.00$ US to have a real one.

I hope these infos will be useful for the fans of quality Porsche Diecast models :squarewink:

Cheers !

The Carrera GT from AUTOart is now on sale !

It's definitively more beautiful than the CGT from Minichamps.

For my part I have the same reasoning as you opposite the collections of original vinyl record, hockey cards and others craps. But, I respect that... Each one have its own passion.

About collecting car scale models, it's easy to explain. One day you buy the car of your dreams in 1:43 or 1:18, after that you buy a second, after a third...after that's it. It's now too late you collects and you can't stop.

Buy one car, you will see yourself.

I will definately get myself a black one at some stage, to replace my red Maisto version which isn't that nice.
