Default The REBIRTH

Some of you know that after I sold my Corolla, it was wrecked during a drift event:

The owner has given the car (well, the motor) a rebirth in a Locost. Pics and video within the thread:

I'm so happy it lives on, although reincarnated...arguably...into something much cooler than an AE86.

Yeah...like most anything else...when you challenge a k-wall to a head-to-head...you lose.

Not unless he brings it back up to Sacramento sometime, which I doubt he will. I apparently just missed it when he brought it up to Vallejo for that drift event.

I still want a 7 replica someday to have for a short time. Too dangerous with all the SUVs on the road these days, but it would be fun for a short time to have.

It wasn't me...it was the new owner after I sold him the car and got out of the import scene because of all the "drifters" and Initial D wannabes...the car was my track car before it was made a driftcar...
