Ferrari obviously still believes MS is the best driver, but they're shrewd enough to realize that at most he will drive 2 more years (and that would be a stretch) while Kimi could drive for another 10 years. So, do you sacrifice Kimi for one-year of MS? No. My guess is they're asking MS to drive alongside Kimi or take his leave. MS should stay and drive by KR.
