For such events, I'd say to leave everything in auto mode: ISO, WB and so on
As for flash, I suppose there will be LOT of light already, so you won't have focus problems because of slow shutter speeds or so on..
And anyway your camera is a "point and shoot" one basically
so it gives your best in auto mode
