The "second burnout" is really the same as the "first" just from a different angle...
I had all the electronic nannies turned off there - normally I keep ActiveHandling on.. which tries very hard to prevent thos situtions.. but with no electronic interventin the tyres just melt away and you try point it where you want to go

You're always on the edge... so you leave it till you think you can steer out of it... then when you see God you let off the gas regain grip, straighten and go
I am always mindful that the next silly activity could so easily throw me into a ditch..
