Just say no to cross drilled rotors period. Slots are much more functional, don't compromise the structure of the rotor, and can't cause any uneven wear from burrs etc. The holes, in theory, let gasses escape, but many full-on race cars manage just fine with solid rotors. Then, your hardcore race cars all use slots. You will not find a cross drilled rotors on any serious professional race car. Cross drilled rotors are little more than an outdated fashion statement.
