I think I'm trying to relive some lost athletic 20's. Unfortunately, doing so means I'm attempting stupid things periodically. I bruised a stabilizer muscle doing a backflip two weeks ago, and strained a tendon water skiing.
So, the stabilizer muscle is healed now, but the tendon needs more recovery before I restart my upper body workouts.
My next stupid goal... rock climbing

What weight are you currently at?
Why in the world are you doing backflips? I have 12 years of Martial Arts behind me and I still have yet to do a backflip.
Rock climbing bores me. It's just too slow. I'll play Chess when I want a slow activity. Now fast repelling down an uneven side, that is fun.
