Well, the bottom line is his method of showing "love" for autmobiles unlike mine and everyone else I know is not illegal to practice is public in pretty much every country and culture in the world...
I do believe
any country would allow public whacking off over your favourite hotrod,,,
So - honestly, I don't really believe his "method" deserves any special protections
