well i suppose smoking is a direct killer, while drinking when done in moderation doesnt hurt anyone. Also in F1, beer sponsoring isnt nearly as prominent as tobacco companies. They are dealing with the immediate "problem". For all we know, they may even ban alcohol ads in the future, but i doubt it.
