I don't think they will get any problems with that logo. It is a mouse on a yellow background that happens to look a bit like the Ferrari badge
And the color isn't a problem either. They just have to use a slightly different shade of red.
Two other things: Ferrari might think this is cool. I think Fiat owns Ferrari and Fiat should think that a performance Fiat is cool! We are not talking about americans here. In Europe we don't sue people every time there is a slight disagreement.
