I'm not disputing that the blue Spyder posted has Cambiocorsa. And yes, the Coupé can come with Cambiocorsa. It's not a designation for an edition
per se, but like BMW M3 with SMG. Maserati Coupé came either in GT (manual) or Cambiocorsa gearbox. Cambiocorsa was never an edition.
Here.

As an alternative to the six-speed manual transmission, the Coupé is also available with a F1-style Cambiocorsa gearbox with hydraulic operation and electronic management operated by F1-style paddles behind the steering wheel, so that no clutch pedal is needed. The system allows the driver to choose between four different operating modes: Normal, Sport, Auto and Low Grip.

As you can see, Cambiocorsa just denotes the type of gearbox given to either the Coupé or the Spyder.
I can only think of 3 or 4 special editions of the Coupé/Spyder
3200 GT Assetto Corsa (maybe you're thinking of that one?)
the Vintage package
90th Anniversary Spyder
GranSport MC Victory
And that 90th Anniversary Spyder you have there came with the Cambiocorsa transmission as I recall...
