If they were to go for low boost setup, they should have gone for smaller turbos. These big boys probably will be able to do 700hp range.....and not the easy to spool.

Some recent dynosheets this one is a 22 psi 1.5 bar boost
It has 683 whp that is 700+hp at the crank
The second is at 19 psi boost 1,3 bar
