Both the seller and the new buyer of Saleen Inc. didn't want to honor the warranty. What Steve is going to do is honor those warranties as if they were warranties issued by his new company, SMS. Which probably means, he'll cover the replacement part costs and repair work etc... Brilliant marketing move. Saleen owners at the owners club forum are going gaga over this.
