Also, I didn't put this on but it's something to consider. They offer RAM drives for Windows, meaning like instantaneous startup (< 10 seconds). I've used a workstation thus equipped and it's kind of surreal--no startup, no harddrive scratch at all! The only problem is that it costs something like $5000USD, which seems a bit pricey for what is arguably a luxury on a home system. Good luck with the search
