I work out five times a week (split scheme) and have improved a lot since I started with that work out but I have never used any kind of supplement. Sure I could lose a few pounds but that's mainly my diet which is not really balanced. I don't think you need the supplements to get a muscular, tone physique, a regular work out with a combination of cardio and free weights will get you really far! I would say: stay a way from the ridiculously overpriced suplements, they're not worth it and they're hardly healthy.
