I think what will save the Bond movies is making it closer to the gritty hard-edged Bond hero that Fleming concocted and not the ribald guy with cliched lines and cliched circumstances.

We also need a more ballsy villain and not another frikkin wimpy Elliot Carver.

I hope the new movie will be based on the Casino Royale short story and not a remakeof the gay movie of the same name starring David Niven.
