I know it will sound harsh but it isn't meant to, but it's not becauuse somebody posts pics during a given month that automatically one will be picked. if none is deemed "above the average", none will be picked.
that said, as posted above, from time to time I can simply skip something and afterall, my personal tastes are not everybody else's
