Used AE86's with that many miles would be a $2000 car at the most - the labour and mods on that car far exceed $10,000 - so the "bargain" is still reflected in the price.
It's just a "24 year old used Corolla" - I spent a number of years in an AE86 and other RWD stick shift Corollas, and at the time, it was just another car that my dad brought home from the Hertz agency he managed
