Did you download the .smi file? If so, it should work as long as you have a subtitle filter installed.
If you don't have one, download DirectVobSub from
http://www.inmatrix.com/zplayer/formats/vsfilter.shtml
In DirectVobSub, enable "Show subtitles" when you're playing the video.
