It could've been possible that Charlie had been examining the system further in the meantime leading up to this point, and came to the conclusion that by stabilizing the nose, it was giving the car better downforce or something along those lines. Who really knows...
Either way, they'll be using it in Hungary, so we'll see just how much of a difference it makes.
