They ran the reasonably priced Chevy in a straight line and clocked it at 70-something mph, then they had an extremely brief clip of the F1 car running in the same straight line, and it ended up doing 80-something mph (surface was too slick to put power down), and that was the end of the segment.

Yeha that was also what was so stupid. Why use a RWD car that rev to 1900 RPM on a slick surface? They should have used like an Evo or STi something that can put its power down on all 4 wheels and creates it’s at low revs. An STI would have set an even higher record.
