Yep, Alonso deliberately braked way too early. I've seen Schumacher doing the same thing once. Button was the victim that time. It's not forbidden but not very 'fair play'. Coulthard should have just driven into Alonso. That would teach him.
I even remember an item in a recent episode of Top Gear where an older driver played this trick on a young driver. The latter simply bumped him off the track, haha. I guess it's something they try to scare off inexperienced drivers. However, it's also stupid. |
Hah although you have to admit that Coulthard isn't exactly inexperienced. Alonso seems to have some spirit in him! (Especially that last corner battle with Schumacher--I think he was caught off guard there)
