^The standing decision in the UK is not that the film is fiction, but contains nine errors, mainly exaggerations. It cannot be distributed in schools without an information sheet to guide the pupils through the political bias contained within the film. The claimant had wanted the film supressed altogether. The verdict favours the claimant more, but it was held that the film was based on scientific fact. It's a documentary, just not a very good one. (
