At one time he was known to take 1 customers money, then use that money to finish aother customers car - in the mean time leaving the second customers car unfinished and even forcing people to take legal action to either get their cars back or get the work done.

I remember watching the CAR & DRIVER super car shootout, with Lingenfelter, Hennessey and many others, and the work of Lingenfelter was very nice (they appeared on a Discovery Channel documentary) but is very shocking to heard that from Hennesey.
