It wasnt the huricane that caused the destruction, it was a failed levee. The funding for that levee could have come from the local govt had they not invested 100 billion in a new sport stadium. Very little room to point the finger there. Not to mention does that mean the government now has a responsibility to stop every natural disaster? Hey Jeb, get me the weather machine...
