In the State of Nevada where people with an I.Q. of 60 get called "college boy" we've got state police cars - fully marked - parked at the side of the road with a dummy in the driver's seat. So basically they make people do the "oh shit!" brake tap until they realize the driver's posture is a little...well...synthetic and then continue on speeding.
