No worries. You could check it out next time if you like.

Two major reasons why I do not like the D40/D40x:

1. it only has a 3 focus points
2. it can not drive older lenses that do not have a built-in motor. So you could only use the newer AF-S and AF-I lenses only.

I think the second point is important because you will be missing out on great lense like the 50mm f/1.8.
