But still, the correct decision has been made. You simply cannot go about plastering gruesome pictures on billboards, because then, what should be restricted is now out in the public domain. The removal is perfectly in line and consistent with content restriction laws. R-rated material should be displayed only to the target demographic, not children who walk by and get somewhat disturbed by horrific imagery.
