He has no reason or need to stay around and get in the way of the professional EMT's. Assuming the rally organisors had EMT's around - either way, its not the drivers job to stick around and give mouht to mouth to anyone.

Couldn't have said it any better...
This is a rally, and spectator should assume there's a risk - they should've been placed there to begin with. The rally driver told the organizers about the accident at the end of the stage... and we can assume that the marshalls did the same via radio from the place of the accident. There's no reason for the driver to stop IMO.
