You should always help at accident sites even if that means your car is being fucked up. You can always get a new car for the insurance money but lifes are harder to replace.

If this the case, how come they dont cut the roof off every ambulance that has an injured person in?

Because when they are in the ambulance medics have alredy checked them for spinal injuries..
