Father was born in Kyrgyzstan but his parents was Ukrainians too.

And what do your parents say? Because there are many russian speaking ukrainian families who still very much consider themselves ukrainian.
Just odd that a guy born to ukrainian parents in lithuania calls himself russian.

I guess that would be like me considering myself Canadian because I've lived near the border with Kanukistan, and the fact I can speak with a canadien accent
