My mother 100% Ukrainiain born in Ukraine.
Father was born in Kyrgyzstan but his parents was Ukrainians too.

grew up with Russian language, studyed in Russian school for 12years. And now I'm Studying in Russian university in Russia,Kaliningrad.
And what do your parents say? Because there are many russian speaking ukrainian families who still very much consider themselves ukrainian.

Just odd that a guy born to ukrainian parents in lithuania calls himself russian.

Nothing wrong with that....just odd.
I guess that would be like me considering myself Canadian because I've lived near the border with Kanukistan, and the fact I can speak with a canadien accent (if i so choose)
