Czech/UK police is like black/white - UK police officers have (I would say) 99% respect because they use their authority properly and by law. always friendly and happy to help and on the other side strict and unforgiving. Czech police? looks like they're looking for the way to fine you on whatever they find on your car (and mostly they take a well care to find something) instead of "teaching" drivers...
