If you like Guiness and Bailey's, try an Irish Car Bomb.
Pour a half pint of Guiness, then make a shot of half baileys and half whiskey (preferably Jameson Irish Whiskey).
Drop the shot into the glass of Guiness and chug. Drink it quick or else it will start to curdle and get all nasty.
