With that said, there is a reason the NHRA and such require special licenses. You don't get to just hop into one of these things and go for it. Doesn't matter how much experience you have with other cars, 300mph in a matter of seconds is no joke!

You mean you'd say no if someone offred you to drive it? I certainly wouldnt - and I wouldn+t just drive slowly either. I'd try to max it out if possible ...

I honestly think I would turn it down. I've done some things most people wouldn't, but hopping into a car capable of 300mph in mere seconds is not for rookies.
My friends father drag races, the first time my friend did it he was scared shitless. As was his father. Thats in a car capable of 9 Second passes. Imagine a car covering the same distance in 4. Proper dragsters aren't something you have a go in simply because you have the opportunity.

O yes they are. Bring me a 6 sec car tommorrow and I'll have a go ... I cant guarantee that I'll go as fast as it goes, but I'll go as fast as I can manage.
If I can do 175 mph on a country road the I think I'd manage 300 in a nicem straight track (or maybe I'd crash, but hey, how often do you get a chance to do that)?
