Default Practicality?

 Hmmmmm? Practicality? Oh yeah! Had to look it up to make sure I knew what YOU meant. practical |ˈpraktikəl| adjective (1) of or concerned with the actual doing or use of something rather than with theory and ideas : there are two obvious practical applications of the research. • (of an idea, plan, or method) likely to succeed or be effective in real circumstances; feasible : neither of these strategies is practical for smaller businesses. • suitable for a particular purpose : a practical, stylish kitchen. • (of a person) sensible and realistic in their approach to a situation or problem : I'm not unfeeling, just trying to be practical. • (of a person) skilled at manual tasks : Steve'll fix it—he's quite practical.

I guess you're asking me, which car would I'd take to the grocery store to get 7 or 8 bags of groceries or to Lowes to pick up some plywood or to? to? to? I'm just being a smart ass! Absolutely none of them are practical unless I can park it where nobody can park next to me IMO. And, I won't carry any kinds of junk in them which might possibly damage those work of art interiors.

Whereever I go, I park in outer Siberia and on an angle, hoping everybody understands what I'm suggesting. Since I do park so far away, people usually don't get POd about my angles!

I guess the least practical is the Ford GT, Carrera GT and Murcielago ONLY because of their minimum, lack of or crappy rear visibility. It's a pain in the ass.... really. You're so damn concerned of what's behind you that you think you can't see, that it drives you nuts. The Maranello, Gallardo and F430 don't have that problem so you're more relaxed, BUT.... I would feel comfortable to take ANY of my cars anywhere (although, again remember my parking dilemma!) If I can keep an eye on them, then their safe to take. If I can't see them....... I can't take them. Kinda like a young baby, NO, not me! I mean the cars.

You wouldn't leave a very young child alone would you? Well, since my real kids are all grown up now, these are now my young kids (not forgetting about all my 5 dogs and cat and wild rabbit)! They're all easy to drive........ ummmm....... well except the CGT racecar. But that's what makes it nice and what makes each car exciting and such a thrill to get into every day. They all have slightly different personalities in certain ways. Whenever I get into a car for that day, I mumble the words of Austin Powers..... "Yeah Baby, let's get it on!"

Now you know why I say I won't really thrash one or any of my cars. I love them too much to beat em up! Like my children..... oh yeah.... already said that! Michael :silly:
