So with the 25% improvement in mileage it gets what, 15mpg in the city according to the EPA(previous version had 12mpg in the city), but in reality that 15 is probably in the low 10's. That is still pathetic.

Hey an improvement is an improvement.. If your gonna buy an escalade anyway then the hybrid is a good thing. I doubt anyone would be dumb enough to buy it cause it is a hybrid in liu of something else.
