Definitely. Regular maintenance is the key with all cars. But Honda engines you could pretty much put gas and go.
I think the Type R engine B18C will last many miles if not using Force Induction or nitrious. Again, I see those racing vids of them blowing up because of hack job turbo chargers and NOS.
