well, we can definately tell if we know the final gear ratio/tire size (wich is findable) since we know the RPM, and hes in top gear looked about 7400-7500 rpm adjusting from the view of the passenger

Assuming the revs are accurate - thats 5% over reading - sort of nullifies the magazine artcicle about how inaccurate BMW speedos are.
