I ask to be called rather than be sent a crap reply in crap english via email and they never do and its always from an annoying email address i can't reply to so i have to send it again to the women who keeps getting her assistant to write crap emails. I'm calling bullshit on them saying it was to late to cancel 9even though i wasn't told this). It was apparently sent thursday via parcelforce 24hr service, here we are monday evening still no sign and the parcelforce tracking service can't find anything.
Gonna call parcelforce tommorrow see if i can get through to anything other than a robot. Given pixmania till 5pm tomorrow to contact me then the plan is to set up a site to collect evidence to send to watchdog, trading standards etc, fair few people alreadt complained to both already. According to one person they are moving warehouse which is causing loads of problems, other people have had the same treatment or worse than me. I'm being much more careful in future thats for sure!!
