With the second auction, all signs point to this being a scam. The only thing I don't get is the seller having such good feedback. Maybe they've just pirated someone elses ID.
Whenever a seller says to contact them before they bid to buy the bike, it means that they are trying to do the deal outside of ebay, this way they cannot be reported when they rip you off.
The best bet would be to try to contact him and do the deal in person, don't give him any money until you actually have seen and riden the bike up close and personal. My bet is that the seller wouldn't allow this for one excuse or another because the auction is a phony.
The 3rd option is that the auction is for real, but the bike is stolen or something weird like that.
Not listing the VIN number should give you a clue that something's up.
The real reason you cannot contact him through "ask seller a question" is because that will send your question to the real owner of that ebay ID and not this scam artist.

Oh, "Open to worldwide Shipping" is not something that any good seller would usually do. The hastle and the risk involved for the seller is just too great. This is just an attempt to real in more people for them to scam.
Either way, the fact that such a great deal has been listed for over 10 hours and has not yet been sold should tell you something. Poeple have a little more common sense than one might think.
