i agree... but disagree in a minor way, just because an experience of mine years ago...
my car was stolen by a 15 yr. old who was the son of a jail-bird, and a dead mother from gang violence.-- it was already the 3rd car he was cought in
he'll prolly never get out of the system, let alone the chance that he'll be able to contribute something positive seems unlikely
