The house we are moving to is in a cul-de-sac and it's in a very good area. Too good for me to be honest!!!
The most annoying thing about it is I could easily afford to buy such a house ($150k) here as property is so cheap, but with a finite amount of time here it's not worth buying of course...
It's a three bedroom with an upstairs room that is huge, so 4 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms, one is ensuite with a garden tub.
Patio and garden, total size of the garden is 0.15 acres (I guess it's about 70-80 ft x 40ft. I am expecting to be BBQing most nights!
2 car garage, gas/wood fire...
The house is brand new, never been lived in, and just driving around there twice I have already spotted lots of dirt trails nearby for the DR650...
We don't have a moving date, but 2nd/3rd/4th July is looking likely.
Now all I need to do is hope the new dog can potty train before we move. I ruined the carpet in the apartment here long before we got dogs in dropping ciggys while drunk a few times, so I was prepared to have to lose some $ for that.
I'd invite you all over for a burger and a beer, but, well, it's a long trip for anyone on here!
